Established since 1999 and working with 13 to 25 year olds our current range of Connexions and E2E courses are successfully instilling confidence and self-esteem and raising aspirations in preparation for a career or further education.

Over 30,000 young people have already participated in our courses and their personal feedback sheets tell us that we are achieving our goals.

Our guarantee to you is that we WILL add-value to the good work that you are doing with your young people. We will help you get them off to a good start in that big tough world out there.

Our courses are particularly focused to young people who lack confidence, have low self-esteem, are at risk and/or have been side-lined from mainstream education especially those classified as NEET.

These courses directly reflect the requirements of the Activity Agreement which are to 'guide young people through tailored development and skills building activities, in order to secure engagement in education, employment or training'.

instilling a sense of identity

breaking down fear

building up respect for self

ridding apathy and lack of motivation

planting the seeds of achievement and success

Courses

How to Engage, Motivate and Help Young People Realise Their Full Potential
This course was created to help trainers realise the above objectives and also to pass on our experience of working with over 27,000 young people. Our aim is to give you the tried and tested tools that we have used with good effect. We know they will work for you.

The Genesis eXperience�
The young people on this course will be taken through steps to confront the above objectives/challenges. Our aim is to help young people achieve them.

How to Pass the Job Interview
The Job Interview is possibly a young person's biggest challenge (excluding their school exams) as a teenager. This course is especially aimed at the NEET group.

The above objectives will be integrated into this course together with the following:

Interpersonal and Communication skills

Body language, tone of voice and eye contact

Asking the right questions

Controlling 50% of the interview

Selling their strengths
