I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of of the staff and learners of Coops Foyer, to say a big thank you for the Genesis eXperience session.I feel that it is a credit to you and your company to get such a positive reaction from, at times, some very difficult and challenging young people in such a short amount of time. This morning I arrived at work to face a group of very enthused, positively charged young people chanting the mantra of "Tell me and I will forget, show me and I may remember, involve me and I will understand". Glen O'Hare, Coops Foyer.
The (Genesis eXperience) programme gives the vast majority of our young people serious food for thought. I have seen many of our learners make a quantum leap increase in motivation to change their "lot in life" and have gone on to find sustained employment. I regularly get quotes from young people who have been on the programme along the lines of; "although 75 % of working people are in jobs that they don't like, I know I can start at the bottom and work up". This course is a key component of our E2E programe. C.K. Training West Lancashire (TWL)
I write to pass on to you the thanks of the Life Skills Learners and myself. The course you provided has infinitely increased the confidence of the young people. The Lateral Thinking exercise has certainly given them food for thought and Video Clips your interpretation of them have been inspirational.K.F. Rathbone Training
