Definition of Stress is varied. Stress affects every single one of us. Without stress we would be totally apathetic and would achieve nothing in life. Too much and it will pull us apart.
The right amount of stress should get us out our comfort zone and move us forward.

The element of perception indicates that human stress responses reflect differences in personality, as well as differences in physical strength or general health.
