Do you have any questions or concerns about my ability to do this job?
They may put the onus back on you but some may actually tell you. It gives you an opportunity to assure them about their concerns.
What potential do you see in me?
Some interviewers may actually tell you what they see you. Most won't! However, questions like this one let the interviewer know they have a someone who really is interested in the job.
Do you have any concerns about me that I can help you with?
It will give you an opportunity to put them right.
