This course is aimed at all young people who lack motivation, have low confidence and low self-esteem or who just need a push in the right direction. It is especially aimed at young people with special needs.

Ten Positive Beliefs to Live by every day of your Life
These beliefs will help the tutor inspire and motivate their students. They are profound in their meaning and actually have the power to change lives. Yes, we have testimonials from students telling us so!

How to Think Positively
We all have a negative voice that is extremely controlling? The tutor will show students how to start focusing more on their positive voice using self-help techniques. This will help increase confidence and self-esteem levels.

How to reduce Stress
A very effective breathing techniques will help students to calm themselves when stressed especially just before exams. It also helps those students who have behavioural problems.

Hook Activities to Focus Young People
Tutors will find a wealth of new, exciting things to do with your young people. From juggling to magic tricks to energy exerices.

Accelerated Learning
Tutor teaches students how to learn more effectively using simple techniques. In a 1 hour session students can learn from 50 to 100 bits of information. Excellent pre-exam technique.

Role Models and how they impact on our lives
Different stories to inspire with a special emphasis on the most important role model - the student.

Wheel of Life
An exercise that takes students through a process that eventually shows them where they spend their time and energy. It focuses them to the most important things in their lives.

Self-Esteem and Confidence Building
Lots of this throughout the course. Tutors show students how to love and repect themselves especially through those problems, challenges and downturns in their lives.

Lateral Thinking and Creative Thinking
Tutor shows that anyone can learn using their Right Brain. This is the fun part of the course. It proves that anyone can be creative when they put their, right, mind to it.

Why Education is important
Tutors show students that without education their lives will, generally, be more of a struggle and that their standard of living might not be as high. In the UK it could also mean a higher retirement age of 70 due to demographics and pension issues.

Motivational Films
Tutors discuss or show our recommended film clips to help students learn important things in their lives. Lots of films to help the tutor discuss confidence, determination, positive mental attitude and much more.

The course is a mixture of fun and serious.

Each Course comes with 'Teacher Friendly' course materials that includes a fully comprehensive Trainer Transcript Manual. So your teacher, teaching assistant or mentor will actually be delivering it 'word for word' exactly as we are doing.

A fully comprehensive Student's Course Manual that each student is guided through using the Trainer's Manual.

A license that allows you to put as many of your students through the course as is possible during the licensing period. Each 1-year license comes with 200 professionally printed Student Course Manuals and you can order more at anytime.

Website, telephone and email back-up to help train and guide your teachers/trainers in presenting the course.
