In a Nutshell
If eligible we will Licence you to run our course in schools, colleges and youth training organisations anywhere. The Licence will allow you to use our course materials, trademarks, student and teacher testimonials, track record and website resources. We will give you website, email and telephone support to help you obtain business and run the course effectively.
There is no large upfront Franchise Licence Fee as the first year is Free, only a small cost to cover the course materials you will receive.
Your Earnings
You will be licensed to charge up to £325 (approx US$520) per course and after costs (eg, £90.00 ($144) for 30 participant course manuals plus postage) you could earn over £200 ($320). If you only ran one course per month you would earn approx £2400 each year. If you ran one course per week (48 weeks) you would earn approx £9600 each year. If you ran 3 courses per week you would earn approx £28800 each year and only working part-time!
And, you would be growing your own full or part-time business!
WITH OUR SCHOOL FRANCHISE YOU WOULD ONLY PAY FOR COURSE MATERIALS WHEN YOU HAD A BOOKING FROM A SCHOOL, COLLEGE OR YOUTH TRAINING ORGANISATION.

The Genesis eXperience® is available on an annual Licensing basis. This School Franchise is different as the first year Licence fee is Free.
Training
Trainers’ Transcript Manual
We have created a ‘word for word’ Trainers’ Transcript Manual so that after a period of self-study (3 to 5 days) you can present the course in exactly the same way we have been doing since 1999. The Trainer’s Manual is broken down into modules and can be delivered as a 1-day course. It synchronises with the Course Manual that each participant is given.
YOU DON’T NEED TO GO ON ANY TRAINING COURSES
Participants Course Manual
As you run the course you will be taking each young person through his or her course manual. They will reading from it and writing in it.
Before you present a course you will be able to order course manuals from us.
Business Manual
With the Licence comes a Business Manual that gives invaluable information on the logistics of running courses and many tips to help you be effective and successful. Written for the UK market it can easily be adapted for any country. It covers the following:

First Year cost of our School Franchise Licence £0.00
Cost of Trainers Course Materials £75.00 plus postage. Includes Trainers Transcript Manual, Business Manual and 20 participants course manuals.
Cost of further participants course manual £3.00 each.
Cost of subsequent year School Franchise Licence £399 plus postage of new course materials.
The Course
The course uses accelerated learning, lateral thinking and emotional intelligence to engage your participants and help them on their journey of achievement. You will have the option to use or discuss film clips, play your own upbeat music and use energising exercises (examples given in the Manual) to inspire, motivate and develop the participants in a fun atmosphere.

If you are short-listed we will either automatically accept you or we may request an interview using Skype. It really depends on your work experience. This is also your opportunity to find out as much as you can about the Franchise.
If you are accepted you will be sent a Free 1-year School Franchise Licence, 1 Trainer’s Transcript Manual, 1 Business Manual and 20 Participant’s Course Manuals. There will be a small payment of £75 plus postage to cover the cost of materials.
After a short period of studying the Trainer’s Transcript Manual you will be ready to present the course.
You will then be able to offer the 1-day course, with a maximum of 40 participants, to all the schools, colleges and youth training organisations in your area.
When you book a course, you will be able to order course manuals from us at £3.00 per manual(current price in 2011).
Our website has a worldwide reach. This together with our marketing campaigns will help you promote The Genesis eXperience® to the schools, colleges and youth training organisations in your area and help you develop your business.
We will do all we can to help you get contracts in your area and give you email, website and telephone backup.
You will have the opportunity to renew your School Franchise Licence every year.
As this is a fairly new Franchise we will be looking to offer Master Franchise Rights to our most successful existing Franchisees to help us expand into their country. So this is another opportunity for you to consider if you are outside the UK.
