What We Do

We focus on the social, emotional and motivational barriers to learning. Our main course The Genesis eXperience, a non-religious course, was originally created from the disengaged experiences of our founder Tom Hendry and the academic experience of Peter Gleeson a Gestalt Psychotherapist.

Today our courses have evolved to a higher level with input from many thousands of young people who have participated.

This is what we do:

1. SPECIALIST COURSES. We run 1 and 2-day Specialist Courses for small groups (up to 25 of young people (especially SEN and deprived) aged 11-19 who need help with their education and/or in their life especially those who are:

   *excluded from school
   *SEN
   *deprived
   *low achievers
   *come from children's/foster homes
   *experiencing low confidence and low self-esteem
   *vulnerable, at risk, suffering abuse, neglect
   *exhibiting negative attitudes and behaviours
   *disengaged
   

2. LICENSED COURSES FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES. We license The Genesis eXperience to schools, colleges, youth training organisations so that a nominated teacher, teaching assistant, learning mentor or trainer can present it to their young people
3. LICENSED COURSES FOR TEACHERS AND YOUTH TRAINERS. We license The Genesis eXperience to anyone who has experience working with young people subject to certain requirements. We help them establish their own full or part-time business and then provide the necessary course materials so that they can run courses for young people in schools, colleges or youth training organisations anywhere.
4. PRE-EXAM CONFIDENCE AND MEMORY BOOSTING COURSES. We run half-day Pre-Exam Confidence and Memory Boosting courses for larger groups of up to 100 young people.(200 per day)

5. MOTIVATIONAL TALKS TO GROUPS. We give half-day Motivational Talks to large groups.

6. HOW TO PASS THE JOB INTERVIEW. We run courses on How to Pass the Job Interview for young people embarking on a new career.

7. MOTIVATIONAL LESSON PLANS. We create Motivational Lesson Plans for tutors worldwide.

8. MOTIVATIONAL SLIDESHOWS. We produce Motivational Slideshows for school and college Assemblies. And, for any organisation that needs to motivate its workforce.

9. We provide many free and helpful resources such as motivational quotes, film clips, books, etc
